Our Smile Enhancement Plan is way for Tempe Dental Care to provide savings for our patients who do not have dental insurance. For an annual fee, our members will receive high quality dental care with an additional 20% off our already affordable dental prices. There are no lifetime maximums, dedudctibles, or other fees.
Tempe Dental Care’s Smile Enhancement Plan is NOT a dental insurance plan. It can only be used at Tempe Dental Care and cannot be combined with any other dental insurance overage.

[li_item]Membership is effective on the day on which payment is received.[/li_item]
[li_item]Payment is due when services are rendered.[/li_item]
[li_item]It is the sole responsibility of the member to maximize their benefits by arranging all of the appropriate appointments within the 12-month membership period. If the appointments are not used, the member will not be entitled to a refund.[/li_item]
[li_item]Renewal payment is due the beginning of the same month of original effective date each year.[/li_item]
[li_item]Renewal payment is automatically processed on the first of the month of your original effective date unless cancelled prior to that date.[/li_item]
[li_item]Anniversary month is the month you originally joined.[/li_item]
[li_item]Auto renewals must call 30 days prior to anniversary month.[/li_item]
[li_item]Membership rates may be reviewed and adjusted on an annual basis with notification.[/li_item]
[li_item]Discounts do not apply to fixed dentures.[/li_item]
