Dentistry Because We Care

It’s back! We’re hosting our annual Dentistry Because We Care event April 9, 2010. From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., you can get a free dental cleaning, a free extraction, or a free filling at the Tempe Dental Care dental office at 1835 E. Guadalupe Road, Suite 107, Tempe, AZ 85283.

Dental care is provided on a first come, first serve basis and the dentists and hygienists at Tempe Dental Care see as many people as possible until 2 p.m. This event is for people 6 years and older.

The Tempe dentists at Tempe Dental Care understands that many people aren’t getting the dental work they need because they can’t afford it. So, on April 9, 2010, the dentists, hygienists, and office staff are donating their time to provide free dental care for anyone who needs it but can’t afford to go to the dentist.

Last year, hygienists at the event were able to provide over 45 cleanings and Tempe dentists provided over 40 fillings and extractions. In addition to the time the staff donated, Colgate donated toothbrushes and other dental supplies for all patients that were seen. Starbucks, Fry’s, and Bashas’ also donated coffee, snacks, and water. This year, we hope to provide over 150 people with free cleanings, extractions, and fillings.

3/31/10 Event Update: The hours for the event have changed. Dentistry Because We Care will now be hosted from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on 4/9/10.
